• This is one of the worst cases of treatment injury related to the jab, yet it seems the inference is that ACC haven’t accepted the claim, if a wheelchair has had to be privately funded. Surely someone should be appealing that decision, especially since there are treatment injury claims which have been successful in respect of the same cause.
