Steve says he’s passionate about helping his community, where he says people are experiencing extreme mental health distress. “We care about them. We’ve put in extra health measures to ensure we can help them get the right support”. He’s now been given the first covid-related financial penalty by Worksafe under the NZ traffic light system: $12,000 for one day, and they’re threatening to return to hand out more fines.
